Return Policy
Returns after 30 days are ineligible.
If you do wish to exchange or cancel your order, please call or email us directly. Have your order number or Invoice number ready.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and on the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase. We will provide an exchange or refund if:
- You return the item/s within 30 days of purchase.
- You produce either your original receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:
- The item/s are in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all other accessories/parts.
- The item/s are unworn, unused, unassembled and in its original condition.
- The packaging has no marks, rips, tears and has not been drawn on.
- Please do not attach any labelling to the outside of the packaging.
If any of these requirements are not deemed acceptable, Eco Bathroom Solutions (Ecobath Trading Ltd.) reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund.
Please note that a restocking fee (minimum 10%) will apply to orders returned within 30 days
1 How to return an item?

2 How long will my refund take
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or bank account, within 10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or get in contact with you bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

It is your own responsibility to return your item/s to us in the safest and most secure way to avoid any loss or damage. Please ensure you have attached your name, invoice/order number, and a contact number to your returned goods.
3 Non-Refundable item/s
Eco Bathroom Solutions (Ecobath Trading Ltd.) will not accept the return of items from the following categories under any circumstances (Including change of mind):
- All Sale Items
- Ex display items
- Used Goods
- Custom Made Furniture including Vanities, Mirrors, Cabinets, Stone tops, Concrete Products, Shower Trays & Glass.
- Damaged/ Clearance Products
- Any item/s that is specifically ordered in or custom made.
However, if any of the above products are faulty, they will be eligible for a return.
4 Postage/Freight Costs
Postage costs for returning items will be at your own expense. If your item is faulty, damaged or we have incorrectly sent the wrong product, please contact info@ecobath.co.nz and we will arrange the return postage of your item/s.
Please be aware if any item/s you are returning comes back damaged, we will be unable to provide an exchange or refund.
